Thomas joined PNJ Technology Partners in 1999 as part of the “Y2K’ team to help oversee client system upgrades with the goal of checking IT networks to be prepared for the turn of the century. He quickly rose to Service Manager and eventually Director of Professional Services managing the entire services team while providing project management for server, storage, and infrastructure installations and upgrades.

As PNJ has evolved, Thomas has been instrumental in taking PNJ’s service department from a traditional break/fix model to a proactive helpdesk known now as PNJ ProCare Managed Services.  “We have a service team that’s changed substantially over the last 5 years, and our significant growth is a reflection of that,” said Thomas.  “I am very proud of PNJ’s ProCare Helpdesk Team and are always striving to integrate new technologies ensuring our clients have peace of mind knowing we are committed to delivering exceptional proactive customer support.”
